In March 2019, the Outer Temple International Injury & Travel team held an invitation-only seminar in Manchester focusing on ‘Key Issues and Developments in Travel Law’. The seminar was chaired by Gerard McDermott QC and attended by leading cross-border personal injury lawyers from across Europe. Ian Denham kicked off the afternoon, presenting on the recent Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and explored what impact the Regulations might have on the travel industry and personal injury claims.
