This conference brings together leading figures and emerging practitioners in international arbitration from around the world for a day of debate and discussion on the most pressing issues in investment arbitration. The all-day conference will continue its nearly two-decade tradition of dynamic, interactive panels and thought-provoking exchanges.
Olivia Kaye will join the third panel discussion on the day alongside Aphiwan Natasha King of 4 Pump Court, Charles Brower of Wayne State University Law School, Timothy Ellam of McCarthy Tetrault, Geneviève Helleringer of University of Oxford & Essex Business School (UK), and Myriam Seers of Agora. The panel will discuss ‘Yes or No: By the end of its term, the Trump Administration will have overthrown eight decades worth of foreign investment policy, heretofore based upon the twin pillars of liberalization and promoting the rule of law?‘ The session will be moderated by Todd Weiler, an independent Arbitrator and IIDS expert.
