We are thrilled to be ranked for English Bar in the Middle East: Commercial Set of the Year. These awards reflect the competency in providing expert advisory and advocacy services and facilities in the Middle East. Outer Temple Chambers has been in the Middle East for close to a decade and our members close to 20 years. Members have been involved in some of the leading disputes in the region, covering Commercial Contracts, Financial Investigations, Banking, Construction, Fraud and Asset Recovery, Fintech and Employment, as well as International Arbitration, Private Wealth and Islamic Law & Finance Advisory.
After winning the Commercial Junior of the Year award last year, we would also like to congratulate Justina Stewart on yet again being nominated for Junior of the Year in the English Bar in the Middle East: Commercial category. Justina Stewart is a door tenant at Outer Temple Chambers whilst also at Collas Crill based in Cayman. She specialises in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on banking and financial services, civil fraud, fintech and digital assets, insolvency and international arbitration. She is one of the very few barristers who not only has a caseload spanning some of the most high-profile and complex commercial and commercial chancery cases in the region, but is also at the heart of important, regional legislative reform. Her instructions frequently involve multi-jurisdictional elements and matters which are notable for their complexity and novelty.
