Outer Temple's Pensions Law Team to speak at the APL Dispute Resolution Committee Forum

Outer Temple’s Pensions Law Team to speak at the APL Dispute Resolution Committee Forum

Join the Association of Pensions Lawyers Dispute Resolution Committee Forum on Thursday 3rd July 2025 with Outer Temple’s David E. Grant KC, Philip Stear and Naomi Ling at Gowling WLG LLP, London.

David E. Grant KC, Philip Stear and Naomi Ling will be discussing ‘Pension law give and take? Cross-fertilisation with other areas of legal practice: some thoughts.’ This forum will explore cases in which public law, private trusts law and contract law have been imported into pensions and, on occasions, where developed principles have been re-exported, enabling us to consider the scope for further cross-fertilisation. The talk will highlight potentially lesser known cases and concepts from which pensions practitioners might profit and consider when it might be appropriate for similar concepts to evolve in parallel.
