Paris Arbitration Week (PAW) is a premier forum for academic debate and knowledge exchange, bringing together arbitration users, arbitrators, counsel, academics, experts, judges, and institutions. By tackling pressing issues, from the impact of AI on arbitration to sustainability and diversity, PAW ensures practitioners remain at the forefront of the field.
Oliver Powell KC, Sophie O’Sullivan and Henry Reid will be speaking on Wednesday 25 March 2026 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm alongside Mike Stepek, Sara Susnjar, Matthew Bate, Suzanne Labi and Ben Bruton of Winston & Strawn. The array of speakers will be discussing ‘Sanctions, Arbitration and Cross-Border Enforcement: Complex Intersections in Practice’ over two sessions:
The discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception, offering an opportunity to continue the conversation and connect with fellow practitioners and industry professionals.
