Outer Temple’s Trusts team to attend the 9th annual Trusts In Litigation 2026

Outer Temple’s Trusts team will be attending ConTrA & Informa’s 9th annual contentious trusts event: Trusts In Litigation 2026, taking place from 18th to 20th March 2026 at Pestana Palace Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal.

ConTrA & Informa are once again co-hosting the annual Trusts in Litigation Conference, now in its 9th year. Alongside some of the most senior and knowledgeable figures in the trusts litigation field, the conference offers a platform for industry rising stars with a speaker line-up focusing on the next generation of partners and new and future KCs.

The conference will begin with a welcome drinks reception on Wednesday 18th March 2026, followed by the main event on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March, and will come to close with a farewell drinks reception.

Outer Temple’s David E. Grant KC, Claire van Overdijk KC, James Smith and Practice Director Matt Sale will be attending the Conference, and look forward to catching up with clients and colleagues whilst in Lisbon.
