Peter Linstead addresses Dubai Employment Lawyers group

Peter Linstead has recently addressed the Dubai Employment Lawyers group, at the offices of Stephenson Harwood in Dubai.

His presentation considered the implications of the anticipated new draft Employment Law on claims for discrimination in the DIFC Courts and considered to what extent it was helpful to apply English discrimination law concepts in the DIFC jurisdiction.
