Our annual travel law conference took place on Thursday 19th October at Outer Temple Chambers, London. Topics included Spanish Penalty Interest, Co-counselling on Clinical Negligence claims aboard, a panel session on running clinical negligence abroad and navigating turbulent topics in aviation claims. We were delighted to have been joined by a esteemed line-up of external speakers, from the UK and across the globe.
The recording of the second session of the day, on co-counselling on Clinical Negligence claims abroad with Victoria Williams (Stewarts Law) and Natalia Astigarraga Bronte (Astrom) is now available.
Victoria is a Senior Associate at Stewarts and represents clients who have suffered serious, life-changing injuries as a result of clinical negligence. She has specialised in these high value and complex cases since 2009 and has worked on and settled multiple multi-million-pound claims.

She is also a specialist in cross border clinical negligence cases having represented clients who have suffered brain and spinal injuries as a result of medical mismanagement overseas.
Recent highlights include acting as co-counsel with Italian lawyers and successfully recovering damages when inadequate medical treatment was provided following an accident on a tourist boat trip where the client had suffered a high-level spinal injury
Natalia is a leading personal injury specialist with extensive experience in international litigation. She is one of the founding partners of ASTROM Legal, a firm that specialises in civil liability and personal injury.
