Robert Rhodes KC reappointed to SQICMC’s Mediation Panel

We are pleased to announce that Robert Rhodes KC has been reappointed to Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center’s (SQICMC) panel for a second term.

Robert Rhodes KC has been reappointed to the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center (SQICMC) Mediation Panel for a second term for his expertise in Mediation and International Commercial Litigation.

SQICMC is committed to mechanism innovation. It aims at providing a market oriented commercial dispute mediation service for enterprises and institutions in Hong Kong, Macau and worldwide. It focuses on resolving cross-border and international commercial disputes in the areas of trade, investment, finance, intellectual property, real estate, engineering construction, maritime and maritime affairs, and maintaining normal and orderly commercial legal order.

Robert has for many years practised in ADR and has substantial experience of mediation and arbitration, sitting on various panels around the world. He qualified as a mediator in 2007. Robert has lectured worldwide on arbitration, mediation, money laundering and bribery. He was invited by the Department of Justice in Hong Kong to address it on Mediation in March 2025. He will also address SQICMC on the topic of Mediation in November 2025.
