Robert Rhodes QC appointed Chairman of FRC Tribunal

The FRC has appointed Robert Rhodes QC to chair a Tribunal that will decide a complaint against the large accountancy firm, Mazars LLP, and one of its partners, arising from pension advice given in 2007.

Robert Rhodes QC previously chaired the Tribunal that heard complaints in the proceedings brought by the Accountancy Investigation and Discipline Board relating to the collapse of the publicly quoted company Mayflower Plc.
