Robert Rhodes QC to moderate International Summit Grand Panel

Wolters Kluwer law conference for in-house counsel is due to be held on Thursday 8 June in Shanghai. This is the second annual international arbitration, compliance and competition law summit.

Robert has been invited to give the keynote address and to moderate a Grand Panel. He will be speaking on the use of mediation and arbitration in disputes arising from international commercial contracts. “Managing the arbitration process” is another topic that Robert is expected to discuss.

The speakers, specialists from all over the world, will give talks on various topical subjects. These include “Tools for arbitrating efficiently”, “What does the past tell us about the future of competition law in China?” and many more.
