Practice Manager
Dave Lovitt is one of the Practice Managers assisting with the practice management and development for all members of the Business Team.
He began his clerking career in 2004 before joining Outer Temple in January 2021.
Dave assists Practice Director, Lexie Johnson, with the development and promotion of both individuals and practice groups that fall within the Business Law areas of chambers’ expertise. Dave assists with the management of members working in the fields of Employment & Discrimination, Health and Safety & Environment. Dave also supports Matt Sale with the Business Law areas of chambers’ expertise, including: Pensions, Commercial Litigation and Private Client.
Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients and courts, agreeing fees, general diary management and promoting the practice groups and its members.
Dave is also a member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks.
