Senior Fees Clerk
Judy Gant is the Senior Fees Clerk, jointly with Paul Carver. Judy and Paul head up the Fees Team to deal with all aspects of Fee Collection in Chambers.
Judy started her career with Chambers over 30 years ago, as part of the Clerking Team. In 2000 she moved from the Clerking Team to become a dedicated Fees Clerk. These roles gave her a broad knowledge of the end to end processes involved in fee collection. She has remained with the fees team since then, progressing to her current senior position and gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge along the way as Chambers has grown and evolved.
Judy’s role includes all aspects of fee management and credit control from streamlining the billing processes, financial reporting and dealing with end of case cost negotiations. Maintaining good client relations whilst implementing changes is an integral part of the role.
