Practice Director
Matt Sale is a Practice Director in the Business Law Team at Outer Temple Chambers.
Matt began his clerking career in 1988 and has clerked at a senior level at well-respected Chancery and Commercial sets before joining Outer Temple Chambers in April 2017.
Matt is responsible for the development and promotion of both individuals and practice groups that fall within the Business Law areas of chambers’ expertise. These areas include: Pensions & Commercial Litigation, Commercial Fraud and White Collar crime and Private Client. Matt is assisted by Sura Mustafa and Ellie Barra.
Matt has strategic responsibility for the development of his practice groups. Other responsibilities include managing and developing client relationships, maintaining and improving service levels, management of counsel and their respective practices as well as diary management and fee negotiation.
Matt regularly attends meetings with clients to ensure strategies can be developed to accommodate clients’ needs in order to ensure that members are aware of and meet their client’s expectations.
