Rhonda Murkin is the HR and Regulatory Manager at Outer Temple Chambers.
Rhonda is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with Chambers’ overall business strategy as well as initiatives to drive performance, support learning and development and nurture a positive working environment. She also manages all aspects of operational HR and employee relations.
Rhonda also ensures compliance with the Bar regulatory standards, implements best practice on equality and diversity and ensures that Chambers meet the requisite standards to maintain external accreditations.
Rhonda has worked in the legal industry for over 25 years, both in private practice and local government, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in property law. Prior to joining Chambers she was the Practice Manager of a multi-office law firm, where she was responsible for all aspects of human resource management and risk and compliance.
She holds a law degree and is an Associate Member of CIPD. She is also a Law Society Lexcel Consultant.
