Philip Punwar lectures on International Commercial Arbitration at AFSA in Johannesburg

On 19 and 20 September 2023, Philip Punwar presented his 20th annual lecture on International Commercial Arbitration at the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa in Johannesburg. The Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and the University of Pretoria offer legal practitioners, accountants, trade union delegates, human resources practitioners, psychologists, engineers, architects, labour practitioners and businesspeople an opportunity to develop their skills in South Africa’s ever-expanding fields of arbitration and mediation.
