Robert Rhodes KC has been invited to join the panel of mediators for ICDPASO. The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), a non-governmental international organization, was established in Beijing in October 2020. ICDPASO is committed to providing accessible, independent, efficient and trusted dispute prevention and resolution services including mediation and arbitration to parties from all over the world. As part of its commitment to promote and facilitate the efficient resolution of commercial disputes, ICDPASO introduced its Arbitration Rules and Mediation Rules in 2022. These rules address the evolving needs of business communities and provide parties, mediators and arbitral tribunals with flexibility, efficiency, and transparency throughout the mediation and arbitration proceedings.
