Robert Rhodes KC has been admitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) Eighth Panel of Arbitrators. He has served on previous Arbitration Panels for them for several years. The Beijing Arbitration Commission (the “BAC”) is an arbitration institution established by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality in 1995 to resolve contractual disputes and other disputes over property rights and interests between equal natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations. The BAC has 170 foreign arbitrators from 31 countries and regions, who are committed to providing arbitration services to parties from various legal systems and diverse cultural backgrounds.
