Lucian ILIE successful before the English Commercial Court in aviation dispute on behalf of Blue Air (Romania)

Lucian Ilie of Outer Temple Chambers, instructed by Adrian Iordache of Consortium Legal and Dana Buscu of Musat & Asociatii, recently obtained summary judgment in the Commercial Court in favour of Romanian airline Blue Air Aviation in its claim against the airline Groupe Transair of Senegal (unreported). After securing as sole counsel a summary judgment before the English courts for the Romanian airline company Dan Air against the Nigerian company Arik Air, Lucian secured another successful outcome before the English Commercial Court in the matter Blue Air Aviation against the Senegalese Groupe Transair, in which judgment was entered by Mr. Charles Hollander KC on 18 December 2024.
