Robert Rhodes KC has been invited to lecture Chinese lawyers from Shanghai on Mediation and The Singapore Convention on Mediation on Wednesday, 28th August 2024 at Jesus College, Cambridge. Robert Rhodes KC will lecture Chinese lawyers from Shanghai at Jesus College, Cambridge on Mediation and The Singapore Convention on Mediation. The Singapore Convention on Mediation is a uniform and efficient framework for international settlement agreements resulting from mediation. It applies to international settlement agreements resulting from mediation, concluded by parties to resolve a commercial dispute.
