Silk Appointments: Oliver Powell and Ben Bradley

We are delighted to announce that Oliver Powell and Ben Bradley have been elevated to the ranks of King’s Counsel (Silk) in the 2024 King’s Counsel competition Appointments to King’s Counsel do not come easy and are offered to a very carefully selected shortlist of applicants just once a year. Following a recommendation by the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP, The King has approved her recommendation that Oliver Powell and Ben Bradley should both be appointed His Majesty’s Counsel. The King’s Counsel Selection Panel made its recommendations to the Lord Chancellor after considering very carefully the evidence from application forms, assessments, and interviews with applicants.
