Gerard McDermott KC and Tom Gibson represented a young paraplegic man who received an 8-figure settlement following an accident at work. The claimant was working as an engineer on overhead power lines when he fell 50 feet from a pylon – sustaining catastrophic injuries, including a spinal fracture.
