Ian Denham appointed to the PEOPIL EU-UK Working Group and Position Paper is published

International injury specialist Ian Denham has been appointed to sit on the EU-UK Working Group of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) together with a panel of expert lawyers from across the UK and Europe. The first step of the Workgroup has been to publish its first Position Paper: “Rights of Personal Injury & Fatal Accident Victims in the Field of Jurisdiction and Enforcement – A Call for EU-UK Cooperation.” A copy of the Paper can be found here.
