Philip Punwar to provide International Commercial Arbitration training at the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) in Pretoria and Johannesburg

Philip Punwar will be co-presenting AFSA’s International Commercial Arbitration Module in both Pretoria and Johannesburg later this September. This year will be Philip’s 22nd year training Academics and Practitioners at AFSA in Johannesburg and the first time AFSA has provided the International Commercial Arbitration Module in Pretoria. The Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) offers six specialist dispute resolution modules in conjunction with the University of Pretoria. AFSA’s 5 day in-person International Commercial Arbitration Module introduces attendees to International and South African arbitration law and practice. Philip draws on his 28 years international arbitration experience to identify the conventional and unconventional strategic choices that may have to be made before, during and after an international arbitration.
