Outer Temple Chambers hosted our annual London Travel Law Conference which included a number of topical talks on international injury claims. The first in a series of four talks was by David Sanchez Almagro of Estudio Jurídico Almagro, where he discussed enforcement and torpedoes.

Outer Temple Chambers hosted a series of talks and discussions, chaired by Eliot Woolf KC, on travel law. The conference was held in London on 13th October 2022.

The first talk of the day was by David Sanchez Almagro of Estudio Jurídico Almagro, who talked on ‘Enforcement and Torpedoes – All you need to know from a Spanish perspective!’. His talk covered enforcement of UK judgements in Spain in proceedings instituted BEFORE end of transitory period, AFTER the end of the transitory period, and the main procedural aspects.

David Sanchez Almagro is a lawyer specialising in Procedural and Bankruptcy Law and Tort Law.

He has extensive experience in the processing of civil and commercial procedures, particularly in matters of civil liability and insurance, representing the interests of natural or legal persons who have suffered damage in any field, as well as companies that defend themselves against liability claims. from third parties.

David is a member of various associations and committees in the sector specialised in liability for damages (IBA, APIL) and has published various publications on the subject.
