Chaitanya Kediyal

Chaitanya is building a practice in line with Chambers’ broad commercial and civil profile. He has experience in commercial disputes, civil fraud, sanctions, digital assets, employment, company insolvency, pensions, and trusts litigation.

Chaitanya has successfully worked in counsel teams of various sizes. However, he is equally comfortable acting as sole counsel, having done so in the High Court, County Court, and Employment Tribunal. Chaitanya has a keen interest in disputes with an international aspect.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Chaitanya taught the law of trusts at the London School of Economics as a Guest Teacher. He also interned with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Chaitanya holds a first-class law degree from the University of Oxford, winning the Gibbs Book Prize for his performance in the core private law modules. Chaitanya stayed on to read for the BCL, which he obtained with Distinction. He took papers in commercial, insolvency, property, and trusts law.
