Mindful Employer

Outer Temple Chambers is a signatory to the Mindful Employer Charter; a charter for employers who are positive about mental health. Outer Temple Chambers is one of the first chambers to become an accredited Living Wage Employer. This is a voluntary agreement to pay a real and fair living wage rather than the statutory minimum wage or national living wage. We believe our people deserve a wage which meets every day needs and we reward them for their hard work.
