Practice Director
Lexie Johnson is a Practice Director in the Business Law Team at Outer Temple Chambers.
She began her chambers career in 2004, clerking at a leading civil set for the past 19 years before joining Outer Temple Chambers in December 2023.
Lexie is responsible for the running, oversight and the strategic practice development for her respective members, assisted by George Bennett and Dave Lovitt. She manages the running and development of the International Arbitration, Commercial Litigation and Pensions teams, as well as supporting other core areas of practice.
Responsibilities include developing new business and managing and developing existing client relationships, maintaining and improving service levels, strategic development and management of counsel and their respective practices as well as diary management and fee negotiation.
Lexie was nominated for Clerk of the Year 2023 at the Legal 500 Bar Awards.
