Senior Practice Manager
Lexie Johnson is a Senior Practice Manager within the Business Department at Outer Temple Chambers.
She began her chambers career in 2004, clerking at a leading civil set for the past 19 years before joining Outer Temple Chambers in December 2023.
Lexie assists Matt Sale in the strategic development and management of barrister’s practices with a particular focus on Pensions & Commercial Litigation, Commercial Fraud and White Collar crime and Private Client.
Responsibilities include managing and developing client relationships, maintaining and improving service levels, strategic development and management of counsel and their respective practices as well as diary management and fee negotiation.
Lexie was nominated for Clerk of the Year 2023 at the Legal 500 Bar Awards.
