Chloë Bell co-authors ‘On Your Feet: A Practical Guide to Civil Advocacy’

Chloë Bell of Outer Temple Chambers is one of four barristers who have co-authored a new textbook aimed at pupils and junior civil practitioners. The book provides a practical step-by-step guide about how to approach the types of hearings that are commonly encountered by junior practitioners. The book is divided up into four sections: general civil and personal injury, landlord & tenant; employment; and chancery & commercial. Chloë’s input focuses on advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.

The book is available for purchase at legal bookshops and will also be available as an option to be purchased from Sweet & Maxwell alongside the White Book. The book can also be purchased online here.
