Outer Temple’s, Ed Morgan KC, has been published in the LawInSport magazine. The article provides helpful pointers to assist organisations in creating a culture of safe sport. Ed’s article, titled ‘Beyond the policy: Creating a culture of safeguarding in sport in the UK’ examines what is required (in Ed’s view) to achieve an institutional commitment to contribute to a shared culture of safeguarding and the practical measures to begin the process.
