Gordon Bebb QC & Cara Guthrie secure settlement of £9m+

Gordon Bebb QC and Cara Guthrie have recently acted for a 19 year old female Claimant who suffered from Ataxic Cerebral Palsy.

Crucial to the value of her claim was the Claimant’s severe behavioural and psychological problems requiring 24-hour support. The valuation reflected the fact that she was likely to have children and would need additional support when looking after those children.

The case settled for a lump sum of £3.25m and annual periodical payments of £184,600.
