Anthony Lo Surdo SC has joined the Distinguished Panel of THAC

Congratulations to Anthony Lo Surdo SC for his new panel appointment. He is now officially part of the Distinguished Panel of THAC.

The Thailand Arbitration Centre (THAC) is an institution located in Bangkok Thailand, that provides alternative arbitration and mediation services for cross-border disputes. Anthony, who is accredited as an advanced mediator and arbitration, is now part of the prestigious panel.

As part of his re-accreditation process, Anthony Lo Surdo SC has recently attained a 5 Star ranking by the International Mediation Institute. He has been described by an independent reviewer as “having provided mediation services for a range of complex disputes (relating to commercial, family, negligence, property and Supreme Court matters)…” as being “…highly regarded in the legal industry for his strong facilitation and communication skills and his extensive knowledge and experience…” as a mediator that is recommended for “…his services to others based on… Mr Lo Surdo’s professional character, the fair, effective and efficient process he adopts and the successful outcomes he had been able to achieve.”

Anthony Lo Surdo SC is accredited as an advanced mediator, arbitrator and expert determiner. He is regularly retained as a mediator in complex multi-party disputes. He has also been ranked by “Doyles Guide to the Australian Legal Profession” as a leading mediator in New South Wales in 2018-2020.

He is a CIArb Fellow and is registered as a Grade 1 Arbitrator in Australia.

Anthony has conducted hundreds of complex multi-party, mostly commercial, mediations since 2009 and many arbitrations both domestically and internationally. Arbitrations conducted by Anthony as President/Chair, as a wingman or as sole arbitrator have extended to a variety of commercial disputes and sports or sports-related disputes.
