Outer Temple Chambers congratulates Anthony Lo Surdo SC for being recognised by clients and peers for his expertise across a range of mediation disciplines including general Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, Employment, Insurance and Estates Litigation in the 2023 Doyles Guide to Leading Mediators in New South Wales.
The fact that he has been ranked each year since 2018 is testament to not only his expertise but also the high regard with which he is held in the Dispute Resolution community.
Doyles Guide is an awards recognition program for law firms and lawyers across Australia. Awards are attributed as “Australia wide” or for specific states and are also awarded relative to practice area or speciality.
Doyles Guide rank their leading mediators across a range of mediation disciplines including general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency, employment, insurance and estates litigation. Individuals may possess expertise across a broad range of these areas or focus their energies on one of the above areas.
Anthony Lo Surdo SC FCIArb has been reappointed by the International Council of Arbitration for Sport as a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the period 2023-2026 on the CAS general list, the CAS football list and the CAS mediator’s list.
Anthony has enjoyed a broad practice both at trial and appellate level spanning diverse areas including commercial, equity, corporations, insurance law, professional indemnity, property and sports law.
He is an accredited arbitrator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and registered in the Australian Register of Practising Arbitrators as a Grade 1 Arbitrator.
