Bianca provides an overview of the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on employment law firms, litigation in the employment tribunal, and health and safety and GDPR considerations in the work place. She also considers the balance between protecting vulnerable groups from covid-19 with avoiding discrimination.
Bianca looks at the potential for future litigation arising out of employment discrimination, particularly with regards to employers who adopt policies based on the vulnerability of particular groups to the virus.
Bianca’s article has been published in the July edition of the Solicitors Journal and can be read here.
