Martina brings with her a wealth of experience in complex employment and discrimination litigation as well as in the cross-over areas of professional discipline and regulatory law and group litigation.
Martina has a broad employment, commercial and equality law practice with particular focus on the areas of whistleblowing and discrimination with a strong appellate practice.
She is Chair of the Employment Law Bar Association (ELBA). She is also a contributory editor of Harvey on Employment and Industrial Relations, the leading practitioner text.
Ranked in the leading directories, Legal 500 (2023) says; “Martina’s advocacy is excellent, as is her ability to relate to clients and really understand their aims.” and she is described as “quick to grasp complex legal and factual issues. She is client-focused, practical and technically excellent” by Chambers & Partners (2023).
The success of her employment practice has also led her to be instructed in a group employment litigation case Rollett & Ors v British Airways plc (2023, ET) and Martina joins the Group Claims team at Outer Temple to service the growing demand for experts in this complicated field of law.
