The APIL Military Claims Conference has been carefully developed by the joint coordinators of APIL’s military claims special interest group.
Aliyah Akram of Outer Temple Chambers will be part of a panel session alongside Chris Allen of Exchange Chambers and Simon Quinn of Hilary Meredith Solicitors, also joint coordinator of APIL’s Military Claims Special Interest Group discussing ‘Hot tips to litigate against the MOD’. The session will be chaired Ahmed Al-Nahhas of Bolt Burdon Kemp and will take place from 3:50pm to 5:00pm.
‘Hot tips to litigate against the MOD’ will cover Pre-action, Disclosure, Approaching the MOD, Witness statements and evidence, Experts, Trial prep, and Fundamental dishonesty (post Muyepa and Mantey).
