John and Alex have been invited by the Bar Council to speak at the first English Law Week in Mexico, a joint initiative between the Law Society and Bar Council.
On 3 September, John will speak on the regulation of Fintech and his experiences as the Attorney General of Anguilla responsible for the Anguilla Utility Token Act, the first legislation to regulate utility tokens.
On 4 September, John will chair two sessions on combating corruption and Alex will speak at the same sessions on corruption in the context of his experience of sanctions and Multilateral Development Banks.
They will also take part in several networking opportunities, including at the British Ambassador’s residence.
Alex and John both speak fluent Spanish and have a significant international component to their practices.
