Outer Temple barristers to give advocacy training at the DIFC Academy of Law

Outer Temple members Jonathan Hand KC and Peter Linstead will be providing advanced advocacy skills training at the third and final part of the DIFC Laws Certificate programme. This training will take place on 23rd to 24th October 2023.

The DIFC Academy are hosting a course named ‘Advanced Advocacy Skills‘ which is part of the DIFC Laws Certificate programme. This session of the advanced advocacy course will be hosted by Jonathan Hand KC and Peter Linstead. The training will focus on ‘Appeal Advocacy and Advocacy Assessment Exercise’ and will involve: presentation and workshop on grounds of appeal, presentation and workshop on oral submissions and advocacy assessment exercise.
