Daniel Barnett, Outer Temple Chambers – Daniel is a leading employment barrister with 30 years’ experience. He is a past chair of the Employment Lawyers’ Association’s publishing committee and electronic services working party. He is the author or co-author of 21 books and one of the leading speakers on the national and international legal lecture circuit. Daniel presents the LBC Legal Hour, a national radio show in which he answers caller’s legal questions.

Jeremy Scott Joynt, Outer Temple Chambers – Jeremy specialises in employment law, commercial litigation and regulatory and business crime matters. He regularly advises on employment claims (particularly those involving whistleblowing and discrimination) and investigations. Before coming to the Bar, he ran anti-corruption programmes and investigations for two international banks, and worked in intelligence at the Financial Services Authority. 

Courtney Step-Marsden, Outer Temple Chambers – Courtney specialises in employment law, education law and Court of Protection matters. In employment matters, Courtney has a particular interest in discrimination claims. She has also appeared as Junior Counsel in the Court of Appeal.
