Protect aims to make whistleblowing work for individuals, organisations and society. The Environmental Whistleblowing Toolkit is a practical toolkit aimed at helping an individual understand their rights when raising environmental concerns in the workplace. Climate change threatens the very existence of life on this planet. International experts tell us that we need to act urgently as widespread change has already occurred. Outer Temples Monique Bouffé wrote an article on the late acceptance of a Part 36 offer and how this impacted the case of MRA v The Education Fellowship Limited (2022). Monique worked alongside James Counsell KC, also of Outer Temple, on this case for the claimant. We are delighted to announce that former pupils Monique Bouffé and Christopher Meiring have officially joined chambers as members. We are delighted to announce that Outer Temple pupils Monique Bouffé and Christopher Meiring have been successful in being offered tenancy in chambers. Their tenancy will commence on 1st September 2022. Both Monique and Christopher started a pupilage with Outer Temple Chambers in September 2021. After successfully completing their pupilage, we are delighted to share that they have recently both been offered tenancy in Chambers which will commence on 1st September 2022.
