Paul Rogers on HSE Guidance, Enforcement and Social Distancing at Work

Paul Rogers considers what the HSE has said about enforcement, and what guidance there is to assist employers to make decisions about protective measures, and raises some questions about the difficulty of proving a material risk of transmission in relation to the so-called ‘two metre rule’. Emily Gordon Walker appointed fee-paid Employment Judge

Outer Temple is proud to announce that Emily Gordon Walker has been appointed as a fee paid Employment Judge, sitting at London Central Employment Tribunal. Her appointment brings the total number of appointed fee paid Employment Judges at Outer Temple to three, with her joining Keith Bryant QC and Andrew Allen QC in this position.
