Lucian ILIE will be moderating at the International Bar Association’s upcoming event entitled ‘IBA Arb40 – Award Writing Workshop’ which is being held in London on 25th November 2022. The IBA Arb40 Toolkit was created by the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Subcommittee to assist young arbitration practitioners in drafting of their first arbitral awards. It offers practical guidance and tips for getting started, and writing, a reasoned and enforceable award. David Holloway was invited to speak at the Taiwan Arbitration Week, which took place in Taipei between 3th-7th October. On Friday 30th September 2022, Outer Temple Chambers and Charles Russell Speechly (OTC Rangers) played in Mayer Brown’s charity 5-a-side football match. Proceeds from the event went to two great charities, Samaritans and Weavers Adventure Playground. Although OTC Rangers did not make it to the finals, we are thrilled to have made it to the semi-finals. Ultimately, we are glad that everyone had a great time and that we raised money for two worthy charities.
